Sad – Darker, colder, winter like seasons

Mania – Happier, warmer, summer like seasons

– Tracked her mood on a calander before getting help

2 weeks in a mainia state, followed by 2 weeks in Sad

Diagnosis she fellt happier with medication, however still very private about what is going on.

Manic made her feel taller, that there was a direction, clearer vision, embitions and can make anything possible. Due to the manic stage being so sever, she would become insomia; beyond her control. She felt excited all the time.

Took medication and wrote a short poem quoting ‘ Although I have the tools, I dont have the connection’

Depression made her feel sad, unsafe, insecure. Ackward having to go out and meet people. She see’s everything in a darker view. Has difficult in seeing further ahead.

Laura’s Bipolar – Wearing both sad and manic in almost evevryday.
